Debbie

Adebola Abolaji-Olorunkoya

Adebola Abolaji-Olorunkoya, known to everyone as Debbie, grew up serving alongside her parents in church. She says she met Christ for herself after secondary school, at an Easter retreat in 2000, when she gave her life to Him completely. That decision shaped everything after it, including her conviction that we do not own our lives, and that whatever God can use in us is available for His use.

For years she volunteered as Head of the Child Care Unit at Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, helping raise children with the right values. Debbie is a Chartered Accountant and experienced finance and leadership professional with more than 15 years of international experience across accounting, finance, audit, advisory, consulting, and investment banking.

She has worked across professional services and financial institutions in different countries and brings broad cross-cultural and international experience to her work.

Beyond the professional titles is a woman deeply invested in people. She is a wife, mother of two sons, mentor, coach, helping families build thriving relationships and purposeful lives.

She brings to PLC a unique combination of faith, professional excellence, motherhood, leadership experience, and a deep desire to see the next generation know God and know who they are.

Teni

Teniola Ogundipe

Teniola Ogundipe’s heart for young people began early and has followed her through her work. She studied Social Policy and Health & Social Care in Salford, Greater Manchester, and worked at a private school in Bolton, where she discovered how much she enjoys supporting children as they grow. She volunteered with a training programme at Southwark College in London, and her career has included roles at Midland Heart and in the NHS.

Her faith story began at the Festival of Life UK, where she gave her life to Christ. Bible school followed, where she fell in love with learning God’s Word. Looking back, she sees His faithfulness at every step. Her Christian journey has shaped the way she sees people, growth, motherhood, and purpose.

Now a mother raising a teenager, Teni prays for wisdom to raise her children in faith, and knows she cannot do it alone. She is passionate about encouraging young people to know God, understand who they are, discover their purpose, ask honest questions, and make a positive difference in the world around them.

She brings to PLC a heart for people, a posture of faith, and a desire to see the next generation become rooted in Christ and confident in who God created them to be.

Our prayer

That every young person who connects with Purpose and Life Club will experience the love of God, recognise their worth, and grow into the person He created them to be. That they will know it is all right to be different, and find the courage to stand when standing is hard. That they will grow into people who bless their families, friendships, schools, workplaces, and communities.

And that through it all, they will know their lives are not their own. They belong to God.

We are simply trusting Him to use us, and trusting Him with the generation He has entrusted to us.

Your child is becoming.

Help shape who they become.
