Purpose & Life Club respects the privacy of the people who interact with our website and programmes.
Purpose and Life Club (“PLC”, “we”, “us”) runs PLC Kids, PLC Singles, PLC Couples and this website. We collect information about adults, couples, parents and guardians and about the young people they register, so we take privacy seriously. This Privacy Notice explains what information we may collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information such as:
- Parent or guardian name

- Phone or WhatsApp number
- City and country
- Relationship to the child
- Child’s name
- Child’s date of birth
- Registration responses
- Programme participation information
- Communication preferences
- Media consent preferences
- Information provided when raising a safeguarding concern
We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Third-party platforms
Purpose & Life Club may use third-party platforms to support registration, communication, programme delivery, and administration.

- Tally
- Google Sheets or related Google services
- Email platforms
- Online meeting platforms
Where third-party services are used, information may be processed in accordance with their own privacy terms and policies.
Recordings and media
Sessions may be recorded so that participants can watch replays. Photographs and video used anywhere else need your separate, optional consent, and declining it does not affect participation.
Children’s information
Because PLC Kids serves young people ages 9–17, registration is completed by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult.
We seek to minimise the personal information collected about children and use it only for appropriate programme, communication, safeguarding, and administrative purposes.
Access and protection
Access to participant information should be limited to people who need the information for legitimate programme, administrative, communication, or safeguarding responsibilities.
We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Retention
Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including programme administration, safeguarding, legal, and legitimate organisational requirements.
