Our Vision and Mission
One vision. Different seasons of life.
A generation that knows who they are, understands why they are here, and lives accordingly.
To create intentional Christian formation experiences that help people discover identity, understand purpose, develop healthy relationships, and live meaningful lives.
PLC Kids is the first chapter, not the whole story.
The questions do not stop at seventeen. They change their voice and stay with us: through adulthood, through singleness, through marriage and family.
That is why Purpose and Life Club is one vision with different seasons, and why PLC Singles and PLC Couples are already part of the plan.
Formation precedes expression. What people express through their lives is deeply connected to what has been formed within them.
- Faith.
Scripture is the foundation for understanding God, ourselves, and the lives we are called to live.
- Formation.
Knowing something is different from becoming it. We build spaces where truth is understood, discussed, practised, and owned.
- Community.
People are formed in relationships, and no one should have to navigate a season alone.
- Purpose.
Every person has a life to steward. We help people understand their design, their gifts, their responsibilities, and their contribution.
We are sent. Then we are formed.
We believe every person is sent by God from heaven to earth to do His will. His will is His purpose.
The plumb line is our arrival. But arriving is not enough. We are formed from the inside out: first within, then into the person who can express what God sent us to do.

That is our pendant. The left half is formed within, the right half is formed to express, and the point is purpose fulfilled.
A generation is becoming.
